Terms of service

CARFAL S.A. · Effective as of October 12, 2026

These terms apply when the user contacts CARFAL S.A. via WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. By writing to the company through those channels, the user accepts them.

1. Company identification

CARFAL S.A., RUC 80025916-5, domiciled at Estero Bellaco esq. Avda. San Ignacio N.º 9666, Lambaré, Central, Paraguay. Contact: info@carfal.com.py.

2. Purpose of the channels

• Enquiries about CARFAL's products and brands.
• Commercial service, orders, quotations and complaints.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 18:00. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

3. Automated replies

Some replies may be prepared by an automated assistant. If the user prefers to be attended to by a person, the user may request it in the chat and a member of the CARFAL team will attend to them.

4. Prices, stock and orders

The information provided via chat is for guidance only. A price, availability or a delivery time becomes binding only when CARFAL confirms it in writing in a quotation or invoice.

5. User obligations

• Not to send card details, passwords or sensitive information through these channels. CARFAL never requests them.
• To use the channels in good faith, without offensive messages, spam or illegal content. CARFAL may stop responding to anyone who does not comply with this condition.

6. Messages sent by CARFAL

CARFAL sends messages only if the user wrote first or agreed to receive them. The user may request at any time that no further messages be sent to them, in the same chat or at info@carfal.com.py.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data and how to request its deletion are described in the privacy policy.

8. Availability

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are Meta services. If they fail or change their rules, CARFAL may not receive a message or may be unable to respond to it. In that case, the user may write to info@carfal.com.py.

9. Amendments and governing law

If CARFAL amends these terms, it publishes the new version on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Asunción.
